The Blogging sabbatical: creating a better blog

This blog set out to be an experiment: could I create content that people could genuinely enjoy and read? Could I convey some of the information I’ve learned in a digestible and simple manner?

I think I’ve convinced myself that’s the case. There’s been a solid number of you who read this blog regularly. Thank you for your support! It’s helped me grow confidence in the next big idea and my writing.

I’ve decided to put this blog on hold while I figure out my next big project and direction. I enjoy creating content, but I believe I’ve lost some of the vibe I originally had. I’m disconnecting for a while and rethinking how I want to write. Do I want it to be an advice blog? Humor blog? A blend of both? Something entirely different? Not sure yet, but I’ll figure it out by summer’s end.

Once I have it figured out, there’ll be a steady stream of content that I think both you and I can be happy with.

In the next month, I’m going to be having an insane amount of new experiences. I’ll be traveling around Europe for the first time and I couldn’t be more excited. I’ll be fumbling over foreign languages and wandering in cities that are unknown. I greatly look forward to it and being disconnected from technology.

My writing will return once I’ve figured this all out. So please, bear with me while I figure it out. Thank you for your patience!
